What is the name of the wallpaper technique where you tear and paste pieces to the wall? I started this with my bathroom a few years ago, and never finnished it. I need to get more wallpaper and start over. But I don't know what it is called or if there is a special wallpaper you need to buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
